AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM CLINIC

Tests come back ‘normal’,
so why do you still feel unwell?

Chronic stress and overwork break down autonomic balance. We address unexplained insomnia, palpitations, indigestion and constipation at their root.

If you have had these symptoms in the last three months

  • Heart racing even at rest, or unexplained cold sweats

  • Trembling hands, constant tension, or unexplained anxiety

  • Difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking, or unrefreshing sleep

  • Brain fog, reduced focus, or a dull mental state

  • Chronic fatigue, burnout, or low energy lasting more than six months

WHY

The problem is not the organ,
but the nerves that direct it

Heartbeat, breathing, digestion, body temperature, and sleep are all regulated automatically by the autonomic nervous system.

It is divided into two parts:

SympatheticNervous System
ParasympatheticNervous System

The sympathetic nervous system activates the body during stress and alert states, while the parasympathetic nervous system supports rest, recovery, and restoration. When this balance is disrupted, it is not only one organ that is affected, but the regulation of the entire body. This is why blood tests and imaging can still appear normal. The cause may lie not in a visible organ, but in the balance of the nerves that regulate it.

Diagnosis

Putting numbers to a nerve balance
you could not see before

  1. Autonomic function test

    (HRV, heart rate variability)

Analyzes small variations in heartbeat intervals at rest to measure sympathetic and parasympathetic balance, along with stress response indicators. Used to track changes before and after care. (Medicore precision equipment)

  2. Basic blood panel

    (including cortisol, DHEA-S and ferritin)

Helps identify other possible causes of similar symptoms, including anemia, thyroid disorders, and adrenal-related conditions.
