3. Retention and use period

- Credit information — retained for 3 years under the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act (card issuer's name, card number and other card payment authorisation details)
Even where the purpose of collection has been achieved, personal information may be retained for the required period where preservation is necessary under the Commercial Act or other applicable laws.
