Pamisell announced on the 26th that CEO Kim Hyun-soo has been selected as the recipient of the 2017 Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award by “Marquis Who’s Who in the World,” the world’s most prestigious biographical directory publisher, the world’s most prestigious publisher of biographical dictionaries. Following his inclusion in the 2016 edition of “Marquis Who’s Who in the World” last year in recognition of his contributions to the development of the global stem cell industry, CEO Kim Hyun-soo has now been selected as the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. This award is presented to individuals who have dedicated their lives to their respective fields, demonstrating prolific activity and achieving outstanding accomplishments.

The company explained that CEO Kim Hyun-soo has been at the forefront of the stem cell industry’s development, having devoted his entire career to stem cells since his days as an internal medicine specialist. Based on a stem cell therapy method he devised himself, CEO Kim successfully developed “Cellgram-AMI,” the world’s first stem cell therapy, in 2011, contributing significantly to the rapid growth of the global stem cell industry.

He has also expanded the therapeutic scope of stem cells to treat various intractable diseases, including cirrhosis, erectile dysfunction, severe lower limb ischemia, stroke, and spinal cord injury. In 2016, he established the “Kim Hyun-soo Clinic,” a medical institution specializing in stem cell therapy, where he personally treats patients.
